In accordance with Section 24 of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Zwelibanzi Soap collects personal details strictly to process and dispatch orders. We do not sell or share data with third parties. You maintain the right to request permanent erasure of your personal data by contacting admin@zwelibanzi.co.za.
Hygiene Restrictions: Due to health and hygiene standards, opened, used, or unsealed soaps, perfumes, or lotions cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened Returns: Unopened individual products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days at the customer's shipping expense.
Damaged Goods: Report items damaged in transit within 48 hours to sales@zwelibanzi.co.za with photographic evidence for immediate replacement.
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days. A flat fee of R90 applies to orders under R500; orders of R500 or more receive FREE delivery.
